These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the NetworkAssist360 platform (the "Platform"), operated by Neo Optic Ltd (trading as NetworkAssist360, "we", "us", "our"). By accessing the Platform you agree to these Terms. If you are using the Platform on behalf of an organisation, you confirm you are authorised to accept these Terms for that organisation.
Access to the Platform is provided to authorised users under an arrangement between us and your organisation. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity that takes place under your account. Please tell us promptly if you believe your credentials have been compromised.
You agree to use the Platform only for its intended business purpose and in accordance with applicable law. You must not:
The Platform provides information about third-party providers to support operational decision-making. While we take care over the quality of this information, it is provided for guidance and you remain responsible for verifying any details you rely on for a particular decision. We do not endorse or guarantee any provider.
The Platform, its software, design, structure and content (other than data you or your organisation supply) are owned by or licensed to Neo Optic Ltd and are protected by intellectual property laws. Nothing in these Terms transfers any of those rights to you.
Information made available through the Platform is confidential and provided for your organisation's internal use. You must not disclose it to third parties except as permitted by your organisation's agreement with us or as required by law.
We aim to keep the Platform available and performing well, but we do not guarantee that it will be uninterrupted or error-free. We may suspend access for maintenance, security or operational reasons.
To the extent permitted by law, the Platform is provided "as is" and we exclude implied warranties. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law (such as for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud). Subject to that, our liability arising out of or in connection with the Platform is limited as set out in the agreement between us and your organisation.
We may suspend or withdraw access where these Terms are breached or where required for security or legal reasons. Your organisation's right to use the Platform is also governed by its agreement with us.
We may update these Terms from time to time and will post the updated version here.
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising out of them.
