This Privacy Policy explains how Neo Optic Ltd (trading as NetworkAssist360, "we", "us", "our") collects, uses and protects personal data when you use the NetworkAssist360 platform (the "Platform"). We are the data controller for the personal data described here.
Neo Optic Ltd is a company registered in England and Wales (Reg. No. 04866366), with its registered office at Tillyard House, Norwich, Norfolk, NR3 1AB. For any privacy matter, contact us at privacy@neooptic.com.
We use personal data to operate your account, deliver the Platform's features, keep the service secure, diagnose and fix faults, and meet our legal obligations. Our lawful bases under the UK GDPR are the performance of our contract with your organisation, our legitimate interests in running and securing the Platform, and, where applicable, compliance with a legal obligation.
We use a small number of strictly necessary cookies to sign you in and keep the Platform secure, and we store your display preferences in your browser. See our Cookie Policy for details.
We do not sell personal data. We share it only with service providers who help us run the Platform (for example, our hosting and email-delivery providers) under appropriate contractual safeguards, and where we are required to do so by law.
Where personal data is transferred outside the UK, we put in place appropriate safeguards (such as the UK International Data Transfer Agreement or equivalent) so that it remains protected.
We keep personal data for as long as your account is active and for a reasonable period afterwards to meet our legal, security and operational needs, after which it is deleted or anonymised.
We use technical and organisational measures - including access controls, encryption in transit, and encryption of sensitive fields at rest - to protect personal data against unauthorised access, loss or misuse.
Subject to the conditions in the UK GDPR, you have the right to access your personal data, to have it corrected or erased, to restrict or object to its processing, and to data portability. To exercise any of these, contact privacy@neooptic.com. You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) at ico.org.uk.
The Platform is a business tool intended for use by authorised professional users and is not directed at children.
We may update this policy from time to time. We will post the updated version here and change the "last updated" date above.
Questions about this policy or your personal data can be sent to privacy@neooptic.com or to the registered office address above.
